    Hi,
    i have just received an email from betfair saying my account is supended due to the large number of log-ins attempted. In order to assist you further, please call our helpdesk on the number provided below. If you are using any type of software which assists your betting, please turn this off as the amount of attempted log-in's is causing considerable stress upon our system.

    I had the same problem back in June when i used the geekstoy

    Am i the only one to have this issue right now?

    I received the same message. My account is suspended for same reason: large amount of attempted log-in.
    They asked me to contact help desk and I called them today.
    And told me that I must change API settings on my bot, thus AGT Pro.
    I don't have any idea how can I change that when my account is suspended.
    They said that it's possible.
    I hope find some help for resolve my problem.

        No, never. For the real only and for last two months only.
        I've never changed any API settings neither.
        Perhaps because it was version 1.1?

          Maybe you won money from carders. If this true, you will wait long time.
          Or you used stakes less then 4$. Write letter to support.

                OK Thanks, but I didn't won any money since I use AGT pro (only two months), un little gain maybe...and I am on betfair 6 years without any probleme before
                Now my account is suspended because large amount of API. I can't change that and I don't know how.

                  I don't understand what is "large amount of API"? Do you mean requests to server?
