Two payments, but Geeks Toy is not working!

Hello.

I bought a new 3 months subscription. The transaction was accepted by Paypal and the money is not in my credit card anymore. After that it was impossible for me to open Geeks Toy, a message appeared saying that my subscription has expired. I tried again and again without success. So I made a new transaction using a another credit card. The transaction was accepted by Paypal. When I tried to open Geeks Toy it was impossible again. I've lost 40 pounds and I can't open the software, that message saying that my subscription has expired appears. Because of this stupid problem it was impossible for me to trade today, now I've lost 40 pounds and more 50 or 100 pounds from trading. Please try to solve it, i need to trade to pay my rent!

You should be able to trade if you are able to access the main Betfair site. Just back/lay like we had to do before the software was created. It's very easy especially as there is no in-running horse racing betting for the next sixteen/seventeen hours.

It's probably a good idea to renew subscriptions a day or two before they expire...

For the next seventeen hours you can trade easily on the main Betfair site on any number of different sports. Did you expect support to tell you that your free trial period had ended ?

I only work with american horse races, usually between 6PM and 1AM.
