I am a golf-trader, and I am having trouble getting my ladder-view to work on the European Tour markets. Today on DPW Tour Kenya Open 2025 - Winner market, and 2 weeks ago from Qatar Masters.

When I open the ladderview, everything looks okay, but there are no movements or bets being shown in any way. Prices does not update. I only experience this in the ladderview, gridview updates as usual. Also this has only been an issue for me on this market. I have no issues with the ladderview on the PGA-tour winnermarket.

Any ideas? Is this an API-issue from Betfair, or what could cause this? I am on the 1.6h-version btw.
