access denied

hi guys, ive installed the toy a few times and every time i try to access it a message saying access to the path containing the XML is denied. done everything by the book including running as administrator..just a bit stumped now. any help would be great

looked at them and no joy. i uninstalled it and installed it again and followed instruction ie running as admin, only this time when i open the toy. 3 error messages appear. access to path C:\programData\ageekstoy\setting1.1\versions.xml' is denied

also bulk.xml and icon.xml parts are denied

Aaaarrrrgh help lol
