No live video

I don't know if this happens only to me or to other geek traders but, since i can't load the today's horse racing card, and this also happened to me on version 1.3d beta, i get no live video icon.
I use firefox but have IE11 installed on this machine.
On latest version 1.2 i had the icon but the live video gave me a requested url error, on this 1.3e version i don't have the icon.

Ok for the ones that have no live video icon, and don't know how to open it just saw the option on left click the toy main windows top bar - show/hide - Betfair live video.

It opens the live video window, and it says to use the live video bar left click "on now" option. I had not traded that market and it gave me the normal betfair "not matched the minimum required stake amounts" bla bla message. Next market i trade i'll post here if everything went fine on opening the video but it seems like a workaround better than having to go to the browser, open a video, make the popout window option and returning to the geek.

Live video is still not working for me.
When i click on "on now" i see some races with no time and information when they start.
And all these 5 races that i see are not starting in the next 30 min.
4 of them are from Warwick and 1 from Kempton.
It's very strange. And i can't find any live video icons on the cards.

At the moment this isn't near the top of the priorities list. We will look at it in due course, but in the meantime you can access live video via the Betfair website.
