2 markets of the same event, after market suspended only one reopens

Hi,

I experienced this:

2 markets of the same event, after market suspended only one reopens.

But, if I click to place a bet in the window that is "suspended", I can see (by the ping/balance display) that the bet is entering.

If close/open window, returns to normal.

We're more interested in whether the markets are still staying suspended when they are not than if you can place a bet on them.

Thanks. We did do a fix on the market reactivation for non runners in horse racing and hoped that may have cured this too. However now we know this is still live, we'll investigate and fix.

I posted on 18th November, 1.3h, launched on 17th.

Try to open simultaneously Match Odd + Both Teams to Score + Next Goal + ....

I had to ask, because 1.3H wasn't a forced upgrade at that point. You could have been using an older version.

I have 7 markets for one event open waiting for this, The only markets not to come back are ones that close (o/u 2.5) for example

Right, but i'm using 1.3h since 18th morning.

If I had closed and opened, he would be normal. If not, he would be like "suspended".

In past versions, I remember that once I left the window in 2nd screen and waited some minutes and he came back without having to close/open.

Yes, that's also true. But this is different. The way I use to know if it is one situation or other, is to click to place a bet and see if the ping turns red

or if I receive a bet error.

Today, I will start trading only for this moment on.
