cant access toy .pleasehelp

just tried to boot up the toy and isint happening .just keeps on saying windows searching for solutions.has this ever happened to anyone and if so help would be great .cheers guys

If you have just installed the latest release, un-install it & download the alternative version from the website.

If you installed it and it was working previously this week, try doing a Windows system restore back to the last time it worked OK.

There's a bug in there somewhere that causes it. It happens so rarely though that we can't replicate / fix it.
