Can any clever people out there help me with the caclulation for profit for a given set of odds and stake. In particular, what is the calculation for profit if I bet a horse at odds of 5 for a £2.00 stake and lay the same horse at odds of 3 for the same £2.00 stake? Bet high and lay low of course, but just the calculation of profit please. Many thanks.

£4 / 3 = £1.33
