  • Multibeting tool weird behaviour

    Hi,
I have an overall stake, let's say 70$. My account is 2-3 times the stake..lets say 200. I place my bet, choosing several horses (lets' say 6 horses from 12). Although the Multibet tool (Dutching) shows that i can play 70 $ on 6 horses, when i push BET, sometimes i have the following situations:

    a) error message like "the limit was overpassed"
    b) betting on a odd like 1000...and the error messages as well.
    c) the bet is made only on 3 horses + different error messages as above
I did reinstalled it, (the software), but now i can use it..let's say..half..meaning that sometimes is working, sometimes have the same errors, and have to do the betting manual mode (those bets that came as errors).

    Thank you!

When are you placing the bets, before the race or in-running ? Sounds like you are having difficulty in getting bets matched. The more horses you Dutch, the harder it is to get all bets matched.

The multibet tool always warns if the liability is going to be greater than your bank. Are you using the Dutching tool as "total stake" "profit" or "minimum stake"? Placing at the back or lay price? IR ou pre post?

        Hi,
Thank you very much for your answer.
I always place bets before race, lets say up to 10 minutes before race. Actually, I put bets "waiting" for a better odd. For example, now for the first horse back is 2.7, I'm "waiting" or "asking"for 3 to be matched.
So my bet will not be instantly matched, it's just waiting to be match.

Hi RManPT, Thanks for your comment.
The dutching tool is used as "total stake" indeed. Also, It's neither "pre off" or "post off". It is on "Now". I don't know what is IR (sorry).
And yes, it is always a "back", but I used "custom" waiting to be matched a higher back.

It's very difficult to get six horses matched at the correct Dutching odds. You are being a little bit ambitious in trying to vary those odds and hope that they are matched. Try to keep it simple. Failing to Dutch even one horse can cause losses, always assuming that one of your selections actually wins.
