Catch-22 login

I had a trial some while back. Now trying to subscribe.

So I:

1. Download latest version
2. Input my BF Username and Password
3. Get message you need to input your forum username and password
4. I input Username and Password for forum
5. Get message 'You have not yet linked your Betfair account with your forum account. To do so, you need to login to the Toy and link your accounts.'
6. Go to 2
7. Ad infinitum

How do I escape this ridiculous loop ?

How many Betfair accounts do you have ? How many forum accounts ? There seem to have been a few problems during the last couple of weeks but these have all been due the incorrect association by the trader rather than a fault of The Toy.

Geek will sort it easily but he will need to know information asked for above.
