Strange problem

OIn my laptop where I normally run AGT for backup purposes I am having a bit of a problem, in that I can launch the program and log in, then the help document shows up as normal, but no APP? nothing else other than the help document is showing?? and when I launch task manager its still not showing as running in the applications section, though in the processes tab i can clearly see AGT pro in there?

Any ideas?
