    What does it mean?

    I get a letter.
    One or more of your bets, placed on the market has been voided/lapsed by Betfair. Whilst these bets were all placed in good faith, in order to be fair to all users we have had to void/lapse them.

    Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing info@betfair.com or calling our helpdesk on 0870 0110444 (+44 20 8834 8060 from outside the UK). You will find details of the voided bets in "My Account, Betting History".

    Happened to me sometimes when Betfair missed to cancel all bets and put market In-Play at right time...

      Can you explain me? Why Betfair misses to cancel all bets? Can you give me example?

        Betfair rules are:

        At the start of play all unmatched bets will be cancelled and this market will be turned in-play. This market will not be actively managed therefore it is the responsibility of all users to manage their positions.

        Sometimes Betfair stuff are sleeping and forget to turn market In-Play....bets made after match started but market wasn't turned in-play are voided...it's what happened to me a few times..evil

            Lapsed/Voided Bets

            Hi,

            Sunday happened to me, in my case it was a matter of luck, because the horse won, and my hedge never was matched, even though AGT shows it was matched !

            I think it was an error of betfair. And then, they send those voided/lapsed bets emails to kind of explain why the bet was not treated...

            The horse i am talking about is the one in the print. But the think I was curious, is AGT showed money in lay and back at the same odd !!!

            Again, I don't think is was a problem in AGT.

              Ha, glad your horse won. My lay fortunately lost. I think it was one big cock-up on BF's behalf.
