Why don't people without a credit card get a pre-pay credit card, no credit check, no monthly bill...................

it's OT but pre-paid cards are usually rip-off products
if no application fee is charged then annual/monthly fee, purchase fee (total rip-off), ATM fee, minimum balance must be mainteined, top-up fee, etc.

Do your own due diligence, i think there are good ones out there as well as bad ones,

I think it would be better to say that any dealing with a bank is a 'rip-off'',

wether that is with a normal or pre-paid credit/debit card.

Hello,
I would very much like to donate, but I do not have a credit card and Paypal Ireland won't facilitate me without same.
I can donate via debit card ( Irish) or through Moneybookers or Netteller, but the Paypal method is impossible for me.
Now, I posted about this very issue back in November on http://www.geekstoy.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3592 but did not receive a response that might solve the problem.
The pre-paid credit card suggested in a previous post might be an option -- I shall try this avenue in the morning.

I can only say that I was disappointed not to have use of the Toy during the Festival. I really missed it.

I have also problems with PayPal, loading PAyPal account through bank tranfer takes ages. Moneybookers forever
