help: new internacional forum

I am new here. i am from Hungary and little speak english.
I have 1 question: can I start a new forum by hungaryan lenguage in international forum? I interest how many hungarian people watch this web, how many treding with betfair. and if i can help for us.

I speak better spanis if you want write me.
