Win 10 problem

Hello I just "upgraded" my PC and it came with win10.

After downloading the Toy again I've got a problem.

I am using Grid.

when I place a bet and the "Place Bets" window comes up, about 1 in 5 times the bet does not appear (but the window header does).
It shows the window as maximised but with no content.
If I minimise window and then maximise the bet appears.
On occasion back bets are appearing over the top of lay bets in the same window.
If I add another bet without submitting sometimes the first bet will appear but not always.

Never had this issue with my old Vista PC.

Obviously this ruins my vibe in the high paced world of trading.

Any thoughts with what may be going wrong?
Tried the Beta as well but still get same problem.

I found another user with exactly the same problem. He places fewer bets so only a minor annoyance for him.

Is anybody using Windows 10 Grid mode without the place bets window rolling up indiscriminately?

Thought it may have been a settings corruption so deleted that file but it still happens?

Geek or Other Geek any thoughts?

I too have a small problem with W10 and the grid as I cannot load the Projected SP although when I go to the Show/Hide the box is ticked but doesn't appear. Fine in old laptop with Vista! Anyone else?

PS Forgot to say that all other information boxes when ticked appear OK...it's just the Projected SP

the grid never loads up properly for me always leave some horses out was told to delete all settings which i did it solved the problem but after 10 races its back i sign out and back in again and its ok again annoying really but use the ladder so no big deal must be a bug

Still unable to get Projected SP into the Main Info Bar despite it being ticked in the Show/Hide.....makes it difficult to make SP bets and I'm somewhat frustrated!

I have no idea if and how you fixed this but I now have the Projected SP box pinned to the Main List Menu...........thanks very much and apologies if somewhere along the line I was the problem!!

I did not fix anything.

If you have the window "Floating", look to the very bottom of your screen, under the windows taskbar. you may need to move the taskbar to the side of your screen to find it.


Delete the "MarketSPDisplayOptions.xml" settings file to reset it.
