Race Timer inplay Horse market

Hello everyone, i watched a video on youtube, a trader from portugal trades horse racing inplay and he has race timer like this in his geekstoy (please see the picture) . could anyone help me how to have one like that? thank you so much!

That timer is not part of the geekstoy. (As far as i know.)

A race timer is available from the ladder/grid menu...

Racing Timer => Show Race Timer
