no prices on the grid or ladder :(

Hi,

I am a new user and I am having some problems with Geek Toys.
When I open a grid view or a ladder view I do not see any stakes neither on ladder nor on the grid (see attachment).

Can you help me, please?

No prices on the grid seems strange as at least some bot on 1,01 should be there.
Place a back bet at 1000, or a lay at 1.01, and see if it shows in the ladder or grid.

PS: Hide your balance and then post a bigger screenshot.

Thanks for replay.
I followed your advise and placed a lay bet at 1.01. It seems to work properly (attachment) but still no numbers on the grid and ladders do not show a change of odds or current cash flow (they stay at the odds from the previous software session) ...
Am I doing something wrong?

The white bar on the bottom of ladder 1 seems strange.
Don't think i can help you, but wait for 1-2 hours and someone can help you.

By the way, this is what i see in that market.

PS:If you're running in Training mode none of your bets will appear in the market.
But that does not to seem to be the problem here.

OK. I see the difference!

It is not a training mode. I have no idea what is wrong. I did not touch any settings (at least not at the beginning) and it was like that from the first start of the software. It is the trial version so maybe it does not have a full functionality, does it?

anyway, there was suggestion to change settings of your windows. [i write it for windows XP, dunno how it is on win 7 or other]
control panel >> open regional and language options >> tab regional options >> customize >> tab numbers >> decimal symbol >> change this bloody decimal symbol to dot

((((there is option for dot [.] and comma [,] )))
