Auto center offset above 20 or below -20

How to change the auto center offset above 20 or below -20. I searched the profiles for Windows XP:
C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ AGeeksToy \ AGeeksToy \ Settings Betfair, but I could not find this location. Thank you for your help.

The folder is hidden by default I believe.

You should be able to access by pasting the full path into Windows explorer. { Failing that Google how to see hidden files in Windows explorer }

Once you find it, you are looking to change the setting AutoCentreOffset in LadderOptions.xml
