Hello
I just read this morning about the new version of geekstoy and that solved the bug of the software crashing if you change connection.
So, I installed it and the new version instead of crashing when internet goes down, the software know down my internet.
Ill be a little more specific, after installing it, every 10 or 15 minutes my irc disconnects by "host problem", my streamings freeze, my online games have timeouts and then disconnected from the servers and if I am downloading something, chrome says that the download failed.
So what did I do?
1: Delete EVERYTHING of geekstoy, software, every single register, every folder in the system including the hidden ones or the user ones.
2: Installed old version -> works fine
3: Repeat point 1
4: install last version -> Same problems of internet
5: Try with my second connection -> same problems
6: Try with a third 3G connection -> same problems
7: Repeat point 1
8: Install again 1.2g -> All works like a charm
I don't know what did you change but it is a serious problem and could be a tricky one to detect to a lot of people.
