Bodily functions take up a significant amount of trading time. All good and dedicated traders either wear a nappy or have a piss bottle and bed pan by their trading desk. I'm not sure you're truly committed to trading.

You can also have your bowels removed and wear a colostomy bag for an easier less hassle solution.

The secret is to be regular in one's toilet habits. I haven't installed cran's timer yet but I know that I don't have time for a pee and trade in-running in a five furlong sprint. I can do seven furlong races quite well.

For more complex toilet activities, I prefer to wait for 3.5 mile chases.
