And also the Tick Offset - Bet Persistence enhancement. Pure class. This feature would have saved me a pretty penny over the last 2 years.

I found my one and only suggestion, dated 10/11/2011 :

A function which I'd use would involve the bet persistency.

I have all my unmatched bets cancelled when a race goes in-play, but sometimes my bet is taken in the very last second. When this happens I'd like my offsetting bet not to be cancelled and set to 'keep'.

So, all manual bets set to 'cancel', and all bets placed by offsetting set to 'keep.' How hard is that?

I know I should cancel manually as they start to load the stalls but...

The problem is due to the extensive user base, we get far more suggestions than we have the capacity to deliver so we have to choose them wisely.

Still at least we have one happy customer this week. :Brilliant

I never expected it to be implemented, even when I suggested it. I just kept losing money with this silly mistake, and rather than improve my trading, I wanted a feature to correct my errors.

This feature is very senseless. My enlgish is too bad to explain it more exactly, but shortly I can say that it can't work in very many cases, especially in in-play markets.

We believe there is a bug in there causing that. We will be looking into that in depth over the weekend & give you an update next week.
