Have they changed something to protect layers M?

Just been on phone for 40 mins,there saying I lost money on Grey Mirage,which I didnt I made about £24 but the first person I spoke to said that race got voided so I should be squared up but im down..Im gonna have to print out all my bets and go through them,,,c@nts...Its always been aimed more to protecting the layers especially with a dead heat,,I have been stung

it's back... i had a big liability. it stopped for few minutes but fortunately it was back before the end of the race

it was down for few minutes and restarted working ok later.
but the few minutes were enough to ruin my monthly p/l, naturally
