Joining the club of those who lost money on one of the crashes today. Only £20, but should have been a £2 profit. I'd just hit the 'green up' button when it crashed (mid race)and when market is settled, only the first bet is showing, so a loss. (Why is it horse NEVER wins when this happens? )
I've completed the 'Site Feedback' on Betfair site and posted on Racing Forum for others to do the same. (It's on main homepage, just below the Betfair Mobile bit on lower right hand side) :Naughty

Feel sorry for anybody losing money through this. The thing that annoys me most is the way betfair handle these situations. The last couple of unplanned outages were flagged up on the announcement section on the betfair forum as being looked at by the engineers. After checking for hours nothing more was said. After day one i called betfair and was reasured the issue was resolved(an internet issue i was told).I felt so reasured i didnt bother much that week.Thank the lord as sure enough the site went again the next day. Then the planned maintenance(another confidence booster for the days to come). So why dont they update the announcements on the forum of the main site to let us know its been sorted.Everyone knows things can go wrong from time to time and should take this into account(risk management). At the same time they should have the decency to let customers know what the problems are and when they have been sorted.I am not speaking through my pocket as i have done very little in the last few weeks (dont feel confident).Times im on i stick to liabilities i feel i could hopefully pull back in a day(very small)
It,s like 2009 revisited.
Also watched a few markets on the purple site earlier in the week.Appears they have problems of thier own .One race with late withdrawal suspended and never reopened. That was on thier main site dont know what happened on the api .
