Scalp and Swing.

Good afternoon , I apologize in advance for my bad English . Trading on the betfair 2 years (horse racings) and only right now realized that some days of the week works best scalp to other swing trade . According to my observations swing works best with Monday Thursday , Scalping Friday-Sunday . I would like to hear the opinion of more experienced traders on the issue.

I'm by no means the most experienced pre-race trader, but I analysed my two most effective trading methods (one scalping, one swing trading) to see if I could identify any bias towards any day/s of the week. There was no statistically significant bias present for either method, of course there may be for your strategies,

Agree with Morgans Choice that it could be down to your own strategy, but for me the scalp/swing decision comes down to the components of the individual race market (day of the week, time of day, money matched, money waiting to be matched, quality of race, odds of favourite)
