with you all taking the piss re: the sitein question I can only assume you've tried many a site for information & done your bollocks in. Sounds like you're all pretty sore losers. And I repeat, in no way am I a beneficiary to promoting this site. If you dont have anything to do other than tear strips off people then go get a job that takes up most of your time. & by the way, I am who I say I am & dont hide behind nicknames or pictures of Santa Clause, (His Royal Highness)

You're undervaluing it mate! As far as I'm aware it's either an AMG, or it's an Elegance. So an AMG Elegance must be a rare find worth a quarter mill at least. I've got a monkey for it - if HPI clear.

            • Bloody hell ! It's at the Custard Factory. It's obvious to me now that I never get angry/ lose my temper because it's all to do with Custard.

As for taking the piss, I would never contemplate doing such a cruel thing. There are lots of sensitive people out there. I know, I'm one of them.

Now that you know that you shouldn't take us too seriously, it would be nice to see you back again.

                    • A Refreshingly Honest Mailshot to a Fresh Fish (Noob)

                      Dear Fresh Fish,

I am writing to you today to invite you to join our Football Trading Service.

A bit about ourselves, before we go onto the detail of how we operate our service. Detail, that one always makes me chuckle, anyway. My mate and I saw an opportunity to make a regular income from noobs, by selling them the dream that they could make a decent income from betting on football matches on the betting exchanges. We nicked this idea from another guy on one of the forums we frequented. Basically he was a bit of a thicko and hadn’t a clue about reeling in the Fresh Fish, but he was good at video presentations and stuff like that, so we took his ideas and to be honest (which we always are), have never looked back.

Are we professional traders? Well of course not, but we do frequently refer to ourselves as such. It all adds to the facade, you know what I mean? Anyway, onto the service we provide.

We mainly play on the goal markets on the exchanges. Over and Under Markets as well as the Correct Score Markets. Basically we are looking for Goals, Goals, Goals, why? Because it keeps the dream alive. The more goals we get the more exited the Fresh Fish get and the more fresh Fresh Fish jump on board.

So how do we select the matches? Well of course we tell the FF that we go through a thorough, exhaustive selection process on their behalf, but in reality we look at the matches that day and say “That one will do”. Why? because the truth is that it makes no difference which match we pick, well not to us anyway . We then tell the FF that this match will have goals aplenty and give out the recommended bets, So much on Correct Scores 2-1 1-2 1-1 etc and usually some insurance on Under 2.5 goals, that sort of thing. Complete random nonsense.

I know what you are going to say next, “Why if you know that there are going to be plenty of goals, do you not keep it simple to bet on say Over 2.5 goals?” No! No! No! You are missing the point; we can’t bring logic like that into it. We have to give the impression that we know more than you and that it isn’t as simple as that and you need us to tell you what to do.

Now, we have picked a random match and given you some spurious bets to put on, so now what? Well we wait until the match gets under way and do nothing. At this point all the FF are logged into the Chat room eagerly waiting for the next instructions to be given. So this is where the real skill comes in. If we get goals then terrific we simply give away the value by placing more bets till we have greened up for a small profit. This sends the FF into a frenzy of backslapping and congratulations are given all around. They tell their friends how wonderful our service is and we get boatloads of new FF.

On the other hand, when no goals are forthcoming, a sombre mood comes over the shoal of FF; we commiserate with them and curse our bad luck. I say our bad luck but of course I mean their bad luck. We put blame on the referee or linesman or anything else we can think of. But it’s not the end of the world; we simply bail out of our positions for a guaranteed loss.

This process of winning small amounts and losing small amounts is repeated over and over again. Now I hear you say “But how can we make money from this I don’t understand?”

Well nothing in life is guaranteed, you may get lucky and join us when we are on a winning streak and make a few quid. But in reality when you take into account commission and subscriptions, you really have little chance of making a profit. But hey, that’s not the point. 200 Fresh Fish @ £25 per month adds up to a whopping catch of £60,000 a year for us.

                      So wadda ya think?

                      Wanna join?

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Each to his own style, but if we cut away the 'post of the year' rhetoric what are we left with? An argument for betting over 2.5 against an argument for trading around some frequently hit scorelines. Clearly, I'm no hardened trader, as I much prefer the second.

No, we are arguing for rational staking and not a "smoke and mirrors" technique which is designed purely to confuse and deceive. It is clear that you are not a dummy so just try thinking as we do for a while. Open your mind to the possibility that the multi-bets system may be flawed. The "penny will drop" with you. I promise for my part that I will "not take the piss out of you" when you change your views.

It is essential that you acknowledge that betting over different markets has implications for commission charges too.
