Did anyone get stung by Sporting Bet reeling you in with the offer of a £20 free bet for Ascot every day this week only to withdraw it without warning on day 2?

Just a heads up if you did and were caught unawares. Promo was cancelled today without notice which doesn't surprise me.

Yep got stung yesterday. I emailed them hoping to still get a £20 free bet since they still advertised it on the website and my mobile. Got this response

"The offer was replaced yesterday at noon for the offer of getting double Rewards points (which you got for your yesterday's bet. The double Rewards points is still available.
If you are still shown the old promotion please delete cookies from your browser, close the browser and re-open it."

Thought it was all to good to be true, £100 free bets in a week

I kicked up a storm and got a second bet credited but they are drawing the line at that. Why do I get the feeling they always intended on pulling it?

They pulled it on Wednesday around noon, but as usual the lines of communication were non existant. Doesn't take much but they still manage to balls it up.
