Install geeks toy on new computer

Hi Iam using Geeks toy, on an older computer, but i cant see how to install it on a new computer without buying another license, is there a way round this, thanks in advance

I do not yet have new computer, however there does not seem a way to download the geeks toy, without buying another license, or am i missing something? sorry if my question was confusing
