Alerts

I trade a number of long term markets. I'd like to have a window that lists them and gives me audible alerts when the prices on them change. Can Geeks Toy do this? I note that there is an Alert Manager but (a) that doesn't show up in the right click menu for me and (b) I'm not sure whether it handles price changes.
