Multi Bet Tool not placing all selected bets.

Hi, I've been using the multi bet tool for dutching, but in the last few days the tool has not been placing all of the bets I have selected.
I don't think I have been doing anything differently to when it was working properly, so I'm a bit stumped and hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
