Where are the Stake buttons?

Rather than just having a few stake buttons like most other applications, this application has an unlimited number of ‘stake buttons’. These ‘stake buttons’ buttons are found in the Stake Menu, which is used throughout the application and provides a quick way of selecting your preset stakes.
