What is people POA for Euro 2012?

I'll be trading the outright market by dutching a few teams who I think have a genuine chance of winning it, with a few back to lay outsiders whose price i think may shorten.

Also be having a few small stakes punts on each group on various markets.

I'll be trading each game that Im not at work for.

I'll be using exactly the same trading systems that I use for other games!

        Glens Tips

Euro2012 starts tomorrow...So an avalanche of bookies spam hits the doormatt this morning. Most gets binned but the Blue Square booklet has been saved.

Glen Hoddle well known singer, after dinner speaker and fotty pundit has signed on for Blue Sqaure as their see-er for the group stages......For those without an account here are his tips...

        8th June
        Poland Greece
        first goal scorer.........Lewandowski
        half time/full time.....Poland/Draw
        full-time score...........1-1

        Russia v Czech Republic
        first goal scorer..........Pavlyuchenko
        half time/full time......Russia/Russia
        full-time score............2-0

I'am tempted to follow our Glen, question is back or lay?

Hehe ....yeah not a bad booklet. Not sure what i have done to deserve it given my milking of their 0-0 money back offer until they limited me

Half of every page taken up with their mobile offers is a bit much advertising imo, would have preferred some more of their highly educational "Did you knows" or even some more useful insights from Glenn ......

          still never knock a freebie........

BTW he's gone for Germany (currently 2nd fav) as his outright winner and Gomes (currently fav) for Golden Boot .......

...... the man clearly loves a gamble

Glens no gambler, he knows a good thing when he sees it.
If them Geeeeeermans win the group of death their odds will halve, same for Gomez if he's in the goals. I'm backing with Glen. He may have dreamt seeing the Geeeeeeeermans lifting that cup.

                  For starters.....

Backed Croatia 66s. May layoff some if their get out of the group.

Layed England to qualify from group 1.76. Cannot see them scoring more than 1 goal in total in all 3 matches. They are pitiful and generally always fail miserably at the Euros . The manager is too defensive , the defence is poor , midfield very poor and the forwards exceptionally poor.

Now, if I said that I would be accused of being anti-English ! I'm not, I just want to them to lose at least 3 - 0 in every game and would prefer the goals to come in the first ten minutes of the games so I don't have to watch the useless sods for too long.

They would have won the Cup if Rooney hadn't been banned for the first two games. I'm going to lie down now.

I wouldn't be backing O2.5 with Woy awound. If England go 1-0 they will sit on it and if they go 1-0 down they will sit on that as well ..........until the last 2 minutes when Woy will make the bold offensive move of telling John Terry to play in midfield.

I really think that you are right. I've looked forward to the competition but I have to do something other than Over 2.5 goal market, I think. Cards seem to be my only option but to do that is straight punting, not trading. Nevertheless, I think it will be profitable over the tournament. Lots of cards ! And, riot police too, I'm afraid

England may well win the Euros with Hodgson, not conceding is his way. The outlook is a little similar to '66
When I die and they lay me to rest,
I'm gonna get pissed with Georgie Best

Not similar, I'm afraid. That England team had some great players in it and was a balanced outfit.

Many players of 66 were not great before they went into the competition, Ramsey's methods took them on their way.
