Geeks Toy now runs on Apple OSX

Hi guys,

Playing around with wrapping programs with wine the other night, came across this post and decided to do a port to OSX.

Now, this is an *alpha* release, the interface can be slow at times but it all seems to be loading nicely and the most important part is there doesn't seem to be any delay in the market prices

Anyway, mad props to RobinHood, I will shortly be experimenting with different wine builds etc and with any luck I'll be able to cobble something together to rival the Windows counterpart. It's very mahoosive (~700MB!) at the moment however I've provided a direct link so it shouldn't take too long downloading.

Well, DropBox failed me once again so I made a torrent and stuck it on TPB!

Interesting. I see the Market & API status clock isn't rendering properly though.

Very true, sometimes it renders perfectly which is odd.

I'll be digging up a different version of wine this evening and throwing it inside, see if that makes a difference.

Before I proceed further, you don't mind me posting ported copies on TPB do you? I'd rather upload it to file sharing hosts but it's just effort.

Just managed to hit 1.00 upload ratio which means as long as nobody gets greedy there should be 2+ seeders

All feedback is appreciated, cracking on doing different builds and testing testing however it's proving a bit of a b'tard to get working with the latest versions of wine.

I think TPB has fallen foul of Multi ISP blocking.
I'm also getting a "failed to load" message.

I wonder, would you have another mirror that we could use?
