Perhaps this is a stupid question, but i never watch the races because of the delay. Nevermind.
So why sometimes at the end of the race, when the price for the Fav is between 1.01 and 1.10 (for example) the market gets suspended, and after while it is open again for 10-20 sec, and a lot of people coutinue to Back/Lay between these two prices? What happens in that race?
