  • Any googd tennis strategies tips

    Hi
Does any one in here have any good strategies they would share for inplay tennis betting. I was thinking of backing when favorite serves and then lay when odds falls when he won the serve. But as I can see that is not possible on Betfair.

    Any help would be nice.

if you use the toy, then if you have backed at say odds of 1.4 and they drop to 1.35 then the toy will automatically green up for you,or red up if you get it wrong, you can do it manually on betfair but you have to do the maths, and its a pain in the nuts.

Did I really missed something ?!
Are you talking about automated betting using The Toy ?

Maybe I should update my "TOY"

        Well,
greening up automatically is possible with the tick offset tool. But red up is new to me too as the stop loss function is only due to one of the next major releases.

Search the forum posts for "tradepedia". Probably everything you need to know about trading, including tennis, is there thanks to Knight Rider.

There are tons of variables to consider mate.

To just back every favourite every time they serve and get out IF they hold would not be a good strategy in my opinon, What are you going to do if they don't hold?

You need to spend a considerable amount of time learning the markets. Player knowledge helps 90% of the time aswell.

If you are looking to trade Tennis I would see what information you can glean from Rockaren as he is about the best I know of. Ask him how long he's been trading tennis and I'll bet he still learns something new every day!

Look to lay the first set winner, especially in women's tennis!

Check out android app PounceBet. It tells you when to bet in-play on tennis markets when the favourite is losing, based on statistics of a comeback. Very useful!
