  • GT alternative sound pack DOWNLOAD HERE!

After the success of the TGT Complete Manual in a single PDF file with more than 1000 views and over 500 downloads, I decided to personalize the soundscheme a little more...

We all love "The Simpsons", but personally I prefer the sound alerts to be more "politically correct"...

    Link Removed TG:

5mins.wav ---------------- "This event will start in 5 minutes... 5 minutes"
    10secs.wav ---------------- "Ten seconds"
30secs.wav ---------------- "This event will start in 30 seconds... 30 seconds"
60secs.wav ---------------- "This event will start in 60 seconds... 60 seconds"
inplay.wav ---------------- "This event is now inplay"
    suspended.wav----------------"This event has been suspended"

Just unpack into the sounds folder and then goto the "Audio Alerts Manager" on TGT and change the sounds accordingly.

Enjoy and as always feedback is welcomed

The sounds contained within are the property of Bet Devil, and you can bet your ass they won't give permission to use them with the toy. So before I get the team of solicitors email I have pulled the link.

Well that and I wouldn't wish Peter Webb's monolithic drones on anyone.

Ok, maybe it's better to delete this thread then... please do it, if you think it's the best solution.

Anyway, everyone can download the trial version of BA, and navegate to the sounds folder and copy them.

Which is their choice as an individual. However re-distribution is a different matter altogether, especially in these circumstances.

Anyway, we can always record with our own voice, and then use the sounds...

If not, anyone who wants the original files can contact me via PM, and I will provide the link

I have to agree with the Geek when he says that the BetDevil sounds are awful. They are very "monotonous" in the true sense of the word and I found it quite unsettling to have to listen to the voice, seemed to me that there was something creepy lying within the infrastructure of the laptop, like some sort of alien stomping around in there.

Nothing can beat the sound of my little fire siren ! Sadly, I have only heard him once tonight and need him to sound twice more if i am not to get stuffed

I'm glad to agree that we disagree...

To me the sounds are quite informative because they're saying exactly what is happening.

I hate the sound of sirens and all that, but that's not important.

The important is that anyone has the right to choose what's best for each other, so sirens or monotonous voices, there should be a sound sample to everyones taste

Mate this is great stuff indeed, just need to figure out how to get it in the TT now.

                          To Geek..

Your Toy is brilliant, I was always a bit reluctant about bots and apps, not anymore...

Main Info Bar Menu -> Sound Manager allows you to change sounds in The Toy.

Now go stick your praises in the testimonials forum as it's a bit quiet in there these days.
