Just wondering if we have some pokerplayers on this forum.

Nigel came with the idea to organise some Geekstoy.com only sit and go tournaments just for a laught. Low buyin like 2,50 or so.

Any takers? Any further discussion of poker appreciated?

Depends on when for me. Defo love my poker and would gladly take a seat. Would have to play for at least something though, like 25-100AUD (15-60 GBP) buy in, unless of course the time was a real good one.

I'd say that if it takes of we'd have them at different times. I'm pretty sure we should be able to fit the aussies in too.

Our idea right now would be that the social factor is much more important then any potential gains and we'd like to get everyone involved and not let the potential loss be a factor if you want to join in or not. So even if you know nothing about poker it should still be a laugh.

I will keep an eye on the thread though and see what you all come up with and if it suits, I will defo be interested, regardless of what the stakes are. But thinking about what sort of times I can do it, won't suit anybody else, so I will probably pop back out of this thread now and keep quiet just watching..

Either making it or spending it. When you spend it like I do, you have to make as much as possible...
If I make 2000 for the day, I keep on going because why stop when the money is good? If I make 100 for the day, I keep going to make up for a shit day... And then sometimes I just think **** it, going to the pub, and then resume trading 3 days later... :S
