      TODAY'S VALUE TRADE

Rafael Nadal to beat Nicolay Davydenko at 2.24

      Rankings are 2:7

      Head to Head 4:3

Nadal = 3 wins on clay, 1 on hard.
Davydenko = 3 wins on hard

Nadal clearly isnt at his best at the moment but in my opinion this price is MASSIVE!!! Davydenko is playing well but he has a serious bad habit of messing all his good work up. Nadal struggled against Soderling as he couldnt handle his big serve, Davydenko doesnt have a big serve so Nadal will be able to return with a lot less problems. If Nadal goes a break up, or wins the 1st set then his price will drop quite a lot and that will be a great chance to green up. Surely this price will come in before the off!!!

Its a close call but on Hard Court Davydenko would appear to have the edge.

Masters Final Shanghai ( Tennis Hard Court )

          11/17/2006 12:05 R. Nadal - N. Davydenko 2 : 1 (5 : 7) (6 : 4) (6 : 4)
          10/18/2009 10:35 R. Nadal - N. Davydenko 0 : 2 (6 : 7) (3 : 6)

Masters Series Nasdaq-100 Open Miami ( Tennis Hard Court )

          04/06/2008 19:05 N. Davydenko - R. Nadal 2 : 0 (6 : 4) (6 : 2)

Hate to disagree but may have to have Davydenko as the slight favourite. More interesting angle could be a small lay of Djokovic or bet on Soderling in +3.5 Game market.

Masters Series Paris ( Tennis Carpet Court )

          11/13/2009 14:05 R. Soderling - N. Djokovic 1 : 2 (4 : 6) (6 : 1) (3 : 6)

Masters Rogers Cup ( Tennis Hard Court )

          07/24/2008 17:05 R. Soderling - N. Djokovic 0 : 2 (4 : 6) (4 : 6)

China Open Beijing ( Tennis Hard Court )

          10/10/2009 06:05 R. Soderling - N. Djokovic 0 : 2 (3 : 6) (3 : 6)

Thailand Open Bangkok ( Tennis Indoor Hard Court )

          09/26/2008 14:05 N. Djokovic - R. Soderling 2 : 0 (6 : 4) (7 : 5)

Nice stats tax mate and u are probly thinking the same as many but i just cant see nadal being a 2.24 shot, he should be shorter and that is why i have this as my value bet. If Nadal was only odds of 2 then It wouldnt be value to me and I would have picked something else. If Nadal is on form he will destroy davydenko. Losing this match isnt an option for Nadal as he is out if he loses.

think ill stay clear of the Djokovic match due to the fact Soderling is seriously hit and miss,

                            REVIEW OF NADAL VS DAVYDENKO

I really would love to say I watched this match but Im not going to lie to u.

I backed at 2.24 and layed at 2.02, which was far too tempting to turn down, when I put this bet up I knew the big time punters would be on Nadal which was true as the priced totally crashed.

I had a total of £250 on Nadal and greened up for just over £25, I thought Nadal would come into 2.1ish but not nearly touching even money.

Will post my bet for today as soon as I have a look on betfair.

no value bets today sorry, a seriously piss poor day for footy and tennis which is full of heavy odds on shots. Racing is poor also.

was looking at Fernando Verdasko + 3.5 games but at the current price of 2.26 I wont be getting involved. If it was nearer 3 then id play.

was also looking at the new york giants -6.5 but again the price is a tad short for my liking. 2.08 aint good to me id be looking for 2.6.

14 in play football games Friday so Ill post my selection tonight or early tommorow morning.

Look forward to this link each day (must be sad ) - Agree the markets are a bit stinky today - however am interested in Federer -3.5 at 1.94 back against Del Potro - If Fed to win think will be easy like Aus Open 6:3, 6:0, 6:0. However one cannot forget US Open .

Murray v Verdasco is a real buggers muddle - Murray should win - but again 3.5 market may be of interest - probably in play. Verdasco has twice on hard courts taken the second set from Murray whilst still going on to lose - 14 - 12 and 16 - 15, whilst Murray if winning in two has been emphatic 12-3 twice.

Interestingly its one all in 5 sets (Aus Open) 20-21 20-15 (Murray 1st).

So its a Back Federer at -3.5 and Back Verdasco at +3.5 in play if shaping up well!
