Funny you should mention that marra
A few weeks ago someone from my local water company came to test the quality of the water coming out of my tap and I asked him about what was said in the above video and he confirmed it's all true........
Many water companies (including Thames) water is largely made up of recycled toilet water that is full of pharmacutical drugs and chemotherapy substances which they can't filter out, added chlorine, flouride, hard calcium that the body can't assimilate and that just accumulates in the body in the joints and organs doing damage over time etc....
Best anyone can hope for in the UK apparantly is to be in one of the districts where they get enough rain water to fill the reservoirs so they don't need to have you drink your neighbours piss (in London apparantly the average tap water drop has gone through seven people!) and the only thing they choose to add is chlorineTough times don't last. Tough people do.

If anyone is interested I spent some time a while ago looking into how to get the best non spring water.......
The best bottled water is that with a low TDS (shown as a number on the back of a bottle next to Total Dry Residue 180) - 100 or less is good (although distilled water which would have a TDS of near zero is bad for you unless you are specifically on a cleanse or something as it strips out your bodies minerals) and anything over 200 isn't good. PH should be around about between 6.3 and 7.2. For me the best one on a budget is Clearview still spring water which you can get at Tesco for 25p for 2 litres and has a TDS of 100 and PH 6.3. There are two better quality (and more expensive) waters, Isklar and Deeside, but they're quite hard to get hold of, at least where I live.
If you want a boring explanation as to why that's the way to go then read on......
Believe it or not Evian isn't (in the eyes of people who really know the subject) really great water, nor are many of the commercial bottled waters. Many of them have pretty high TDS, most of the substances including the minerals in the water our bodies can't assimilate as the particles are too big and they end up either being excreted or accumulating in certain parts of the body, for instance in the same way that calcium clumps together to form kidney stones)....
Low TDS water has been found by independant scientists to be significantly more hydrating than higher TDS waters, that are typically sold under the umbrella term 'mineral waters' due to their higher mineral content. This is due to the way that water finds it harder to hold its original structure when more and more particles are added (perfect spring natural water with a low TDS will, when frozen and analysed under a microscope, have a perfect hexagonal structure that looks like a perfect snowflake very close up.... but finds it harder to hold this when more particles get added.......This is important as our bodies evolved around a time where we were drinking water that had this perfect structure, and that is the form of water it expects and can get the most hydration from. Most of the water that we drink nowadays, if you looked at it under a microscope, looks nothing like the original hexagonal shape, and thus is far less hydrating to our bodies. The sterilization processes that commercial bottled water go under means that much of the original structure of any water is lost, even with the better quality ones, but they're still better than the higher TDS ones. The main reason why natural spring water is the best is that it keeps it's original perfect structure, as well as beneficial organisms, which are also destroyed in the 'sterilization' process of manufactured bottled waters. Well water is typically best avoided as it tends to contain high levels of hard calcium which our bodies can't break down and which causes problems.
Some people mistakenly drink water that has a high PH as they believe it raises the PH of the body and reduces acidity (not a bad thing in itself) but the trouble is that drinking lots of it over time dilutes the stomach acids, which means that at best people's food doesn't get digested so well and at worst, parasites / bacteria etc are allowed to pass into the digestive tract as the stomach acid which was designed to kill them has been weakend. In Japan there has been a health craze for Kagen water which has a very high PH...... but has lead to an awful lot of people getting chronically sick as their stomachs can't fight off invaders anymore.Tough times don't last. Tough people do.

freedom, in water there are germs".
In a number of carefully controlled trials, scientists have demonstrated that if we drink a litre of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than a kilogram of Escherichia coli (E.coli) bacteria found in faeces.
In other words, we are consuming one kilo of poop.
However, we do not run that risk when drinking wine and beer (or gin,
tequila, rum, Scotch etc.) because alcohol has to go through a purification process of boiling, filtering and/or fermenting.
Remember that water equals poop, wine equals health.
Therefore, it's better to drink wine and talk gibberish than to drink water and be full of shit.
There is no need to thank me for this valuable information; I'm doing it as a public service.
